    We exclusively cater to chain and specialty grocery stores looking to elevate their pastry offerings with our floral inspired cupcakes.
  • How often do you deliver to grocery stores?
    We offer flexible subscription delivery schedules, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or custom arrangements, to ensure you always have fresh floral cupcakes available for your customers.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk subscription orders?
    Yes! We provide special wholesale subscription pricing for grocery stores that order in larger quantities. Go to the Contact Us page to submit a request.
  • Do you offer gift packaing?
    Yes! We provide beautifully individually packaged cupcakes in our branded box perfect for your grocery store customers. Let us know if you'd like a special message included for upcoming holidays or events that you may have.
  • Can we customize the floral cupcakes to match your grocery store's brand?
    Absolutely! We can customize flavors, colors, and designs to complement your brand's aesthetic.
  • What flavors do you offer?
    We offer a variety of cupcake flavors, including vanilla and chocolate, as well as floral-inspired options like pistachio, lemon, red velvet, banana, strawberry, carrot, fudge marble, and butter pecan.
  • What makes your floral cupcakes unique?
    Our cupcakes are handcrafted with floral inspired designs, featuring real edible flowers, botanical flowers, and artistic details that make each one a work of art.
  • Do you offer seasonal flavors or limited time specials?
    Yes! We rotate seasonal flavors and limited-edition designs throughout the year. We're also happy to collaborate on exclusive flavors for your business.
  • Do your floral cupcakes contain artificial flavors or preservatives?
    We believe in using high-quality, natural ingredients to create the best -tasting cupcakes. Our cupcakes never contain artificial flavorings or preservatives. While our buttercream frosting may include food coloring that is safe for consumption, we're happy to discuss natural alternatives if you have specific preferences.
  • What is the shelf life of your floral cupcakes?
    Our cupcakes are best enjoyed fresh on the day of delivery/pickup but can be stored for up to 48 hours at room temperature or refrigerated for extended freshness up to one week.
  • How should I store my floral cupcakes?
    For the best freshness, we recommend storing the floral cupcakes in our airtight branded container at room temperature for up to 48 hours. If they are on the shelves for longer please place them in the refrigerated section.
  • Do your floral cupcakes contain nuts?
    Some of our cupcakes may contain nuts or be made in a kitchen that processes nuts. If you have allergies, please let us know so we can guide you to the best options.
  • Do your floral cupcakes contain real flowers?
    The frosting on our cupcakes are handcrafted to look like real flowers and is made of buttercream. They are edible and are safe for consumption.
  • Are your floral cupcakes available in gluten free or vegan options?
    Yes! We offer a dietary preference of classic (no restrictions), gluten free, sugar free and vegan (no dairy, eggs or honey) floral cupcakes. Please check our menu or contact us for available options.
  • How can I place an online subscription order for your floral cupcakes?
    To place an online order for our floral cupcakes, simply browse our selection of delicious flavors under Our Menu, select the floral design and quantity you desire, weekly or monthly subscription delivery and proceed to checkout. Each listed price for each floral cupcake design is for 1 dozen/12 cupcakes. The minimum quantity order is 8 dozen/96 cupcakes. You can then choose your preferred delivery date and time during the checkout process. For the first floral design that you choose select an additional 7 more floral cupcake designs which will total 96 cupcakes. Or you can also add more than one dozen quantity of this or any other floral cupcake design to total to the 96 cupcakes.
  • When will the recurring floral cupcake subscription be billed?
    Once you sign up and pay for the first week or month's subscription your subscription will become active. Your weekly or monthly payment date can be selected at this point. If you prefer a specific day of the week or day of the month you can send an email to subscriptions@fruityfrostings.com. The new day of the week or specific date of the month will be updated in the system and you will be sent a confirmation email.
  • Can I pick up my subscription order or do you offer delivery?
    We offer both pickup and delivery options. The delivery method depends on your location locally within the Chicagoland area and within the United States.
  • What do you charge for delivery?
    If you are local in Chicagoland area we offer FREE DELIVERY for every subscription order. If you are within the 50 states in the United States or the District of Columbia we offer FREE EXPRESS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY for every subscription order. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping.
  • How do I receive quote for a custom subscription?
    If you would like to receive a custom quote please go to Contact Us page and complete the Custom Subscription Quote form.
  • How do I book for a special event?
    To inquire about special event catering please go to the Book an Event page and submit details of your event. You will receive a reply with a price quote and further communication about your event. Pre-orders are accepted up to 6 months in advance. Wedding orders maybe placed 6-9 months in advance. Keep in mind all of our floral cupcakes are made to order and there is a 10% rush fee for the entire order. The full amount is due for events at the time the order is placed.
